Consultation
Prefinding Consultation with Customers to understand their house layout and size, lifestyle and daily routines, aesthetic preferences, budget and timeline

Step 2

Design Brief
Based on the information gathered during the consultation, MOMI will create a design brief that outlines the customer's requirements and preferences with timeline for customer to approve

Step 3

3D Conceptualisation
MOMI will create a 3D Drawing based on design brief that customer approved to help the customer to visualise the proposed design. MOMI will review 3D Drawings together with the custome refine the design and make any necessary adjustments based on the customer's feedback.

Step 4

Renovation and Key Handover
After the 3D designs have been approved, MOMI will collaborate with a trustworthy renovation company to begin the renovation process. To ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, MOMI designers will supervise the project and provide frequent progress reports.
